Return & Exchange Policy

We Stand Behind Every Product We Sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days, and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping fees). All items must be returned in their original condition.
Defective items returned within the manufacturer's warranty period (or within 12 months if there is no manufacturer warranty) will be replaced at no cost to you, All RMA accounts that are idle for more than 30 days are closed due to inactivity. The client must call for authorization in order to have their RMA account re-opened. For more detail, please see Return & Exchange Policy

RMA Procedure:

  1. Submit RMA request form online, be sure to include all information correctly to avoid any delays in processing your RMA.
  2. Our RMA department will respond to your request within 24-48 hours with a RMA approval number and/or further RMA processing instruction.
  3. Follow the instruction to complete your part of the RMA on your end.
  4. Please print your RMA number on 3 sides of the package box
  5. Ship the package back. RMA package returned without RMA approval number will be rejected.
  6. Allow 10 working days for us to process your RMA if your product is being returned to us.
  7. During the waiting period, you can track your RMA status by using your RMA tracking number on

Terms and Conditions

Merchandise returned outside 7 days of DOA period cannot be credit, we will repair or replace your stock only. All requests for credit require an original invoice/ packaging list. Returning merchandise must be in new condition; ie. never installed, undamaged with original complete packaging and accessories with an RMA number.  All merchadise that is under warranty wll be repaired or replaced at no charge. Customers are responsible all return shipping charges. Shoppingcctv does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages.
