·For ShoppingCCTV.com return product, there is 20% re-stocking fee. No refund for all sales after 25 days of Receipt. Return product must be in the original packaging, includes all accessories, book manual, the original product, etc.
·For defective products return or replacement, buyers must contact us within 7 days of Receipt. After 7 days of Receipt, defective products only can be repaired. Buyer will responsible for shipping fee for returning product. All products found not defective (such as improper installation, compatibility, driver/software conflicts, etc.) upon inspection will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee if buyer wants refund.
Important: RMA number is required for product returns. Please fill out an RMA Request Form before returning the product. Please send the return product to our address below:
