Return & Exchange Policy

- All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange with a phone call notice to us 7 days from day of receipt as long as the equipment is still in “new” condition, which means that all items must be undamaged and in their original cartons and packaging along with all accessories and documentation.
- Product must NOT be installed, mounted or configured. The product exterior must be intact and unmarked. No postmarks or labels shall be on the original box.
- ShoppingCCTV will not accept return/exchange merchandise that does not meet the described criteria and will return your return to you in such cases.
- Shipping costs are not refundable; for orders made during free shipping promotion period, original shipping will be re-applied and deducted from your total refund. After the eligible return/exchange period, during the first year, defective products may be returned for repair.
- Buyers are responsible for their return’s freight. Please keep track of your return’s tracking number in case of possible package loss. We are not responsible for any lost and stolen package during this progress.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number must be obtained by visiting www.shoppingcctv.com or call 1-626-350-0555 for RMA department prior to the return of any merchandise. Any products returned to us without an RMA will be rejected and/ or sent back to you at your cost and expense. An RMA number is only valid for 14 days. We will repair/ replace the item and ship it to you at no charge. ShoppingCCTV will employ every resources it has to ensure that your item is repaired/replaced promptly and without hassle.
- ShoppingCCTV does not provide advance replacements for any product. In the event the original equipment is discontinued or cannot be obtained in a timely manner for repair/replacement, ShopppingCCTV reserves the right to substitute the equipment with alternative equipment.
- Buyer must contact our customer representative within 7 days of receipt for any returns/exchanges. After this 7 days period, products can only be repaired or replaced with the same model under consent of our technicians. Buyers are responsible for their own return shipping.
- Return and exchange merchandise must be properly packaged in a shipping carton, insured, and shipped by a method that offers delivery verification.
- There will be NO refund, return or replacement if the user damages the equipment due to the wrong voltage applied to the system, reverse polarity, power surge or lightning.
1. Fill in your RMA request form online, be sure to include all information correctly to avoid any delays in processing your RMA.
2. Our RMA department will respond to your request within 24-48 hours with a RMA approval number and/or further RMA processing instruction.
3. Follow the instruction to complete your part of the RMA on your end.
4. Allow 10 working days for us to process your RMA if your product is being returned to us.
5. During the waiting period, you can track your RMA status by using your RMA tracking number on http://shoppingcctv.com/rma_tracking.html
- Returned product has inspected by our technicians to full working condition
- Minor cosmetic scratches, dents & normal wear may be present
- Product could be packaged in a brown box instead of original packaging
Terms & Condition
- Comes with a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer error
- A defective product will be replaced with the same model or a product of equal function & value
- No refunds will be given, only exchanges within 30 days of purchase
- Any shipping costs are to be paid by the purchaser
